RETURNS

Upon receipt of your order, please check the contents of your package(s) immediately. If you discover a problem or are missing any components from your order, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

Who is responsible for return shipping? If the return is initiated by a customer request that was not a result of a STEAMbright Co. error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. This total will be deducted from the total credited or refunded amount. In the instance the return is a result of a STEAMbright Co. error, the customer will not be responsible for any return shipping costs, and the customer should receive a credit or refund in full for the total amount of the original transaction – including tax if applicable.

CANCELATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order, please call 866-342-4200. A representative will determine if your order is eligible for cancelation. After an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible to be canceled.

EXCHANGES

Please contact our Support team at 866-342-4200 or support@STEAMbrightco.com to determine if your order is eligible for an exchange. Items must be in unopened condition and customers may be responsible for the cost of shipping.
